Former Redington Shores Mayor sues city over short-term rental law

A past mayor of Redington Shores and several other property owners are suing the city over what they claim is an unconstitutional town law regulating short-term rentals. The ordinance in question prohibits properties to be rented for less than a month throughout the town.
