Connie Denault leases space for Campaign HQs on 4th Street

Just hoping Steve Schale and or one of the other Democratic Masters of the Universe are paying attention to how quickly Connie Denault is building up his campaign operation in House District 52.  First, he posted a huge fundraising number for the first quarter he was in the race, last week he started putting out signage throughout northeast St. Pete and today, I found this tidbit on a real estate website:

Connie Denault for State Representative has leased space for his campaign headquarters at 1300 Fourth Street North in St. Petersburg. Kevin Yeager, commercial associate with Osprey Real Estate Services, represented the Landlord in this transaction.
