In a mailer reaching voters this week, House District 11 candidate Cord Byrd is pouncing on attempts by outgoing state Sen. Stephen Wise to help a mental health facility owned by the husband of Byrd’s opponent, state Rep. Janet Adkins, reports Matt Dixon of the Florida Times-Union.
