How cool is this? Grant Achatz releases trailer for Next Restaurant

How many forthcoming restaurants are announced, Hollywood-style, with a trailer? Alinea, opened in Chicago by Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas five years ago this week, featured a short “coming soon” film on its website many months before its kitchen was built. Today, Mr. Achatz and Mr. Kokonas did it again, releasing a trailer for Next Restaurant and a cocktail lounge called Aviary, both projected to open in Chicago this fall. (The exact addresses have not been announced.)
