A fundraising arm of the National Republican Senatorial Committee raised nearly $1 million the first 19 days of October, with a good chunk of that money heading to the Republican Party of Florida.

The NRSC Targeted State Victory Committee took in $998,000 during the reporting period, including $383,000 from Houston Texans owner Robert McNair and $100,000 from Bloomin’ Brands, the Tampa-based parent company of Outback Steakhouse.

The committee gave $910,000 of that money to the RPOF, while $270,000 headed to the Missouri Republican Party, $240,000 to the Indiana Republican Party, $155,000 to the Wisconsin Republican Party, and $130,000 to the Nevada Republican Party.

The Republican parties of Arizona, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee also received checks for under $100,000 apiece.

The committee had raised about $7.4 million this year, and had just shy of $1.5 million on hand when the reporting period closed Oct. 19.
