New Florida Democratic Party chair Allison Tant will host a fundraiser for Saint Petersburg mayoral candidate and former Democratic State Representative Rick Kriseman on March 7. The reception will be held at the Tallahassee home of another former Democratic State Representative, Loranne Ausley.

This is a strong statement from Tant and the Florida Democratic Party that they will be getting involved in the non-partisan race for St. Pete mayor.
