Personnel note: Rob Johnson moves up, will have two jobs for Pam Bondi

Moving into the role as director of legislative affairs for Bondi will be Rob Johnson, who already was serving as chief Cabinet aide, and will continue in that role as well, reports the News Service of Florida. Johnson headed up Cabinet affairs for McCollum as well. Before joining the attorney general’s office, Johnson was senior Cabinet aide to Gov. Jeb Bush and, completing the circuit of Cabinet offices, also previously worked as legislative affairs director for the chief financial officer. Johnson also is a former legislative aide in the House.
