Can Jamie Bennett do anything right?
Another day, another miscue by the floundering Jamie Bennett Campaign. The latest is this invitation to a fundraising event Bennett held at The Independent Bar in downtown St. Petersburg. The problem with this invitation is the disclaimer. Because this was an invitation to a fundraising event, it needs the extended disclaimer as required in Sections 106.025 and 106.143, F.S., i.e., “The purchase of a ticket for, or a contribution to, the campaign fundraiser is a contribution to the campaign of…”…
