It is the kind of surreal story that makes Twitter accounts, well um, twitter: Mayoral hopeful cited for trespassing at a Kentucky Fried Chicken. Mayoral hopeful Bill Foster will unveil his “Foster Formula” at noon on Monday during a public speech at Pioneer Park (and after homeless protesters interrupted Kathleen Ford’s announcement speech, who knows who will show up at Foster’s speech).
