The recruiting sites are writing that most of the Florida schools are doing well in recruiting, led by FSU, which both 247sports.com and Rivals.com see as having a top 10 recruiting class again. Snelson, a one-time Minnesota commitment, preferred the Knights in the end. UCF also signed offensive lineman Aaron Dowdell and JuCo defensive end Chris Mulumba. Four-star signees receiver Darnell Salomon and safety Craig Watts highlighted a USF recruiting class that finished 65th in the nation, according to 247sports.com. Given the youth of the Bulls, there were bigger classes than the Bulls. Still, there was help available. Frank Johnson, a defensive end from Hines Community College, should be able to help quickly. Mark Richt just arrived in Miami. But he thinks fans will also remember the arrival of wide receiver Ahmonn Richards. The Hurricanes landed Richards Wednesday afternoon, lifting the Hurricanes to a 20th-ranked finish in recruiting, according to 247sports.com.
