#25 on the list of Tampa Bay’s most powerful politicians is Pinellas County Commissioner Charlie Justice.

Although a member of the minority party during his tenure as a state legislator, Justice was one of few members who worked well with fellow colleagues on both sides of the aisle to help not just his hometown constituents but also residents across the state of Florida.
